突然迷上了小池。。。

奋斗目标：水男孩2，鬼嫁日记

昨天看了点极道2，里面的小武也挺可爱~!~

没什么，整日整夜看韩剧而已，英语作业都没完成，何况是看日语，也不是很好看，但就这是不小心回忆起了中学时代，的种种。没办法，照包子的话说就是双鱼座A，typical...那怎么办呢？不管了，又不会死，下周不就是abcd 4个考试么？抽包香烟喝瓶老酒什么事都没了，a选修课，有老师照着，怕啥~ b,重复又怎样，被我抄的人都不急，我j个p，c,人力资源还没看。。。有啥好看的，星期四一下午时间呢~~~d,日语。。。考不出怎样，明年照样考1级，要急也是明年急。。。恩，这样想就轻松多了。。。有时应该打打球运动运动，或者在地上铺张席子，上面放张那种桌子，跟猪下下棋，很古朴的。。。

晕，book report还没写。。。各么不相写怎么办拉？

哎，谁叫王英男朱磊太优秀，给我们无形的压力，算了，压就压吧。。。人生美好~

好久没写log了。。。准确地说是没写什么实质性的stuff了，从好的角度看，生活充实，不觉得无聊就不来log上发牢骚了。其实呢？哎，忙啊~~~

各么忙点什么呢？我也不知道。。。大约就是大家忙，我也忙，工作忙，学习忙，前阶段是期中考试，现在是莎剧，出海报做网页，各么我最想忙的。。。哎。。。都不是以上。。。是12月4日海事大学那件事。。。偏偏乱七八糟的事都必须在这前面完成，惨~~~什么网页啦，简介啦，presentation啦，news啦，journal啦，莎剧拉，想跟我约会的人啦，统统都在4号之后找我吧~~~

恩。。。今天我干了什么？？？想想没什么有意思的事，唯一有点成就感的大概就是把dragon樱看掉了。。。oh!yeah~~~

The prices of stocks and housing are the 2 main topics among asset prices. In the United.States, 2/3 of the population have housing of their own, and half population participate in stock investment through various ways.it is aparent that 10% increase in value of housing will result in 0.6% increase of consumption; and 10% increase in value of stocks can bring on 0.3% increase of consumption.

As the 2 has been taken as significant sources of fortune, people may skip saving and thus carry on consuming directly.Because of this, the consumption level of the whole economic system can be mantained and reinforced, and accordingly promotes the development of global economy. however,on the contary, it will increase its fragility as well, which may course a fall off on economy and lead to a huge problem called asset price bubble.

The stock market has declined greatly since its peak time several years ago. Yet we still have a strong asset market. for example, in China,the price of housing is rocketing in big cities like Shanghai,Hangzhou and Tianjing. Actually ,such phenomenon appeared in many cities all over the world ,like Los Angeles, New York city, Sanfransisco and Boston in the U.s; London, Paris, Copenhagen, Madrid and Moscow in Europe;and cities in Australia and Canada as well.

However,  in the United States and some other coutries, the rates of interests on housing mortgage continue to increase, people may not afford it. And accordingly they may come to crisis during an economy depression , and have to sell their land, which might make the bubble into the field of housing.

Many people protest that house prices are not likely to melt-down. Houses, they argue, are not paper wealth like shares; you can live in them. Houses cannot be sold as quickly as shares, making a price crash less likely. It is true that house prices do not fall down directly like a brick. They tend to drift downwards. But when they land, it still hurts. investors are buying houses even though rents will not cover their interest payments, they bought shares in profitless firms in the late 1990s, simply because prices were rising.

It can be explained by One big difference between houses and shares,which is more cause for concern than comfort: people are much more likely to borrow to buy a house than to buy shares. Not only are new buyers taking out bigger mortgages, but existing owners have increased their mortgages to turn capital gains into cash which they can spend. As a result of such borrowing, housing booms tend to be more dangerous than stockmarket bubbles, and are often followed by long periods of economic weakness.

Fortunately, in China, the situation maybe different from the United States or other countries in the world because its economy grows so fast. According to its speed today, people will be weathier than they are at present. so that they will able to keep pace of the raising speed.

However,on the other hand, there is still a possibility that people may have enlarged the present house price. Though they maybe much weathier in the future, it does not mean the house price is bound to boom.

If the price keeps on rocketing, the appearance of bubble is just a matter of time.

july今天像上小学班会一样给我们洗了脑子，或许有点动力。。。看样子要好好学习了。。。

包子说我讨厌用功的人，我很失望，没有人比这种人更令我敬佩的了，因为自己做不到，又似乎可以做到。

话说回来，july的境界并没我想象得高，因此对他一个星期的鄙视消得差不多了，反而觉得有点崇敬了，这种境界可能是attainable的，或者还是高估了自己？

十分欣赏july对现代语言学习方法的鄙视，甚至可以说是认同，然而他对于功利与否的评论趋于理想化，对于上层建筑过于追求，可以说是在漂移，但是总的来说，他的洗脑还是有用的，不过大约被拥挤的校车所激发的对他的愤怒抵消了。还有他所说的诱惑，有太多主观臆断，在他看来的人生应该是成就，而这种成就是通过不断努力学习的过程中；那么生活本身呢？一个人在教室里坐上十几年，接着又在另一个地方坐上更多的十几年，然后等死，那我要反问，他现在不是也坐着么？没办法，他信儒，我信道，我是个在人生价值观形成了以后开始质疑逻辑学的人，有时想到人类一切的活动，包括远古哲学，都依赖逻辑，一旦这种逻辑并不十分精密，一切都瘫痪了。。。就如同平面几何学是建立在三角形三角和等于180度的前提下，没有这个前提，所有对这门学问的研究都将成为错误。逻辑或者说更广，曾经看到过一篇文章质疑逻辑思维，而文章本身就是以很强的逻辑性说服读者，看似矛盾，矛盾即不符逻辑，而又恰恰符合了这种非逻辑推断，这下又符合逻辑了？？？

我想说什么？当然不是说我想推翻逻辑学说，这么伟大的事业没什么人能承担，只想说我形成了一种怪异的世界观，所有的一切都基于某个信仰（可以说成信仰吧），那一切的研究就如同树叶，风一吹就倒，树根都有可能被拔起，你做树叶，或者不做，被吹落，或者始终留存，都没什么区别，然而我们都不自已地走上一条前辈铺好的路，人的懒惰的劣根性从本质上就把我们预设了（就如同july所说的如果我们现在从头学起或许还比现在循序渐进地学有所成效）。人类永远斗不过两样东西，时间和自然。唯有一种选择，做自己，相信july在做自己，我也在努力寻找自己，只是july不应该想让我们做他，改变或许有，或许也是好的，皆是自愿。。。

文末，再声明一下，我爱用功读书的人，但我鄙视死读书的人。

终于看完了最后一集，落了几滴眼泪。。。

没办法的事，只要稍微有点感情的人，看的时候全屏不快进，认认真真地看比赛，像我这种那么不求上进的人都小感动了。。。

青春啊~~励志啊~~热血啊~~~~

大约就是最近不在状态。。。喜欢找人谈话。。。不爱学习。。。昨天临时抱佛脚终于把课文被出来。。。今天果然被抽到了。。。惨。。。背得很差。。。这不能怪我。。要这么害羞内向的孩子在大庭广众背书。。肯定紧张的罗~~~还有就是我昨天明明背得很熟的。。。哎~~ 不管了。。下课后才发现原来一直的不专心是因为没背出来。。。现在就算工作多忙都精力充沛的来~~~

照片印出来了。。。这次10.1去浙江的和部分10.5聚会的。。。谁要看到我寝室看好了。。。拉拉

还有最后一批lomo 照片（300进400出），不怎么样，不过自己也算玩过lomo了，呵呵，还赚钱了。。。
